A bamboo viscose sleep mask, $14. Soft, breathable, and noticeably better than the polyester ones airlines hand out. Five neutral colors that match the rest of the bamboo line.
The fabric is the same bamboo viscose as our pillowcases — soft against the eyelid, cool against the skin, and gentle enough that it doesn't pull on lashes or leave a dent across your face. The strap is adjustable, the inner padding is light enough to actually block light, and the whole thing is machine-washable.
$14 each, in White, Silver, Slate, Ivory, or Taupe. The kind of small thing you keep on the nightstand, in the suitcase, and in the gym bag.
The details
- Material: 100% bamboo viscose
- Colors: White, Silver, Slate, Ivory, Taupe
- Strap: Adjustable, with no-slip back
- Care: Machine-washable. Air-dry.
Especially worth it for travel.
If you sleep on planes, bring this. The cheap synthetic masks airlines give out trap heat against your face and slip when you turn. The bamboo version stays cool, stays put, and folds flat into a small zipper pocket.
