Angel Haven is a small catalogue of those things. Bamboo viscose, organic cotton, hand-poured wax, solid construction. We choose materials that age the way good materials are supposed to age. Softer, warmer, more like yours. Not falling apart by the end of the year.
You don't need most of what we sell. That's kind of the point. These are the small upgrades that you'll only notice once they're in your home, and then you'll notice them every day.
01 How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our US warehouses. Delivery is 2 to 7 days depending on your location. Tracking number sent the moment your order ships.
02 What's your return policy? +
30 days, no questions. Wrong size, didn't love the texture, the throw was a different cream than your sofa. Send it back for a full refund. Defective items: we cover return shipping. Otherwise it's a flat $5 deducted from your refund.
03 Are your materials really natural? +
The textiles in our shop meet OEKO-TEX or GOTS certification standards. The candles use coconut-soy blends, never paraffin. Material specifics and certifications are listed on each product page.
04 Do you offer gift wrapping? +
$4 per item at checkout, with an optional handwritten note. Orders ship in unbranded boxes, so the recipient sees the gift, not a packing slip.
05 Can I cancel or change my order? +
If your order hasn't shipped, yes. Email support@angelhaven.us within 12 hours. After it ships, use the standard return process.
